Known for FM BetterForms, a FileMaker framework for advanced web interfaces, he co-founded Cinergy, a cloud platform for film and TV collaboration. He now leads Clarigent, simplifying AI integration in business workflows.
As CEO and Chief Architect of Delfs’ Engineering, Charles directs strategy and product vision, focusing on merging modern web technologies—Vue, Angular, React—and AI with established business methods. His priority is solving complex challenges: ensuring data accessibility, supporting seamless online/offline solutions, and enabling smooth modernization. Outside work, he teaches, speaks at developer events, and explores new ideas.
Madalena Fik - Operations & Accounting Manager
Madalena Fik is a skilled Operations and Accounting Manager, bringing a dual skill set essential for smooth operation and financial health of a software and consulting company. As Operations Manager, she oversees daily business functions, improves processes, and ensures efficiency. She manages resources, develops procedures, and leads teams to meet goals. As Accounting Manager, she ensures accuracy of financial records and reports, manages budgets, and provides financial analysis to support decisions. Her expertise combines precise financial oversight with strong ability to streamline and optimize processes.
